Each room is cozy & comfortable and can be used for either a Single Occupancy Guest or Double Occupancy Guest. The Blue Country Bedroom is the largest room and is used for Double Occupancy w/ Small child. The maximum number of adults per room is 2. The Master Suite contains a queen size bed and has a shower ensuite.
Summer is quickly approaching and we are already taking bookings for June, July, August & September 2010. We are expecting to be as busy as last year and it was crazy here last summer. At the peak of summer we had 12 guests staying with us. It was very busy, but it was also extremely fun & exciting. If you have your heart set in staying with us, we can always find room for you to stay with us.
We are keeping our NON-PEAK season pricing through June and prices will rise slightly for JULY, AUGUST & SEPTEMBER 2010.

Daily: $45.00 / NIGHT (1 to 6 Nights)
Weekly (1 Week PRE-PAID): $275.00
Weekly (2 – 3 Week stay PRE-PAID): $250/Week
Monthly (4 Weeks PRE-PAID): $900.00 (BEST rate $30 / Night )
WE INCLUDE 2 MEALS PER DAY!**
MASTER SUITE WEEKLY: $350 (7 day minimum for master suite)
Additional Guest - $10.00/night ($200 / Month for Second Guest)
CHILDREN under 10 yrs sleeping in same room as parents (Double Occupancy) – NO CHARGE if only 1 parent – Child will be Additional Guest Rates.
